- 50ml or ¼ cup kirsh/white wine
- 2 tsp. cornflour
- 1 pack Karikaas Fondue Maasdam shredded/chopped
- 1 pack Karikaas Gouda Young shredded/chopped
- 1 pack Karikaas Gouda Vintage (Best Dutch cheese in NZ 2022) shaved/zested
- 1¼ cup Sauvignon Blanc
- Artisan bread, cut in cubes
- Raw or cooked vegetables and / or fruit (optional)
