• 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
• 1 cup Melted butter
• 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 lb Cream cheese
• 1 1/4 cup Maple sugar
• 1/2 cup Maple syrup
• 5 x Eggs
• 2 cup Cooked pumpkin puree
• 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1/4 tsp Salt
