Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (plain)
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (mild)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 orange (rind)
- 2 green chiles (peppers, seeded and chopped)
- *CHILE & LIME BUTTER BUTTER*
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 stick)
- chili powder (1 pinch)
