Cranberry Torte Recipe

Ingredients

• 2¾ cups chopped toasted walnuts
• 1 cups all purpose flour
• ½ cups plain dry breadcrumbs
• 2 teaspoon grated orange peel
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground allspice
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 6 large eggs
• 1½ cups sugar
• ½ cups golden brown sugar, (packed)
• 1 cups unsalted butter, melted, lukewarm (2 sticks)
• ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries
