Glazed Gingerbread
This is one of our favorite desserts during the winter holidays and other special occasions. We coated the moist gingerbread biscuits with a rich, thick sugar glaze that makes the flavors pop....
Ingredients
- 7 ounces of butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2½ cups flours
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- nutmeg
- 2 egg whites
- salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon hot water
