Spanish Meatballs - James Martin Chef

Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• Salt and pepper
• 15ml olive oil
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 onion, peeled and diced
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 6 – 8 sprigs oregano
• 50ml white wine
• 50ml sherry
• 1 star anise
• 1 tablespoon pimento (smoked paprika)
• 1 jar roasted red peppers, chopped
• 1 small bunch of parsley
