Bacon and Somerset Brie Pancakes | Eggrecipes
Ditch the sugar and lemon and instead give your pancakes a savoury makeover with delicious smokey bacon and gooey Somerset brie and a dusting of chives.
Ingredients

- Pinch of salt
- 2 large British Lion eggs
- 150ml/¼ pt milk
- A little oil for frying
- For the brie and bacon filling:
- 8 rashers back bacon
- 3 tomatoes
- 100g Somerset brie
- Jalapeno peppers (if desired)
- Fresh chives to serve
