Chicken Pot Pie - Burlington County Agricultural Center

Ingredients

• 1 lb Chicken Breast (diced bite sized)
• 2 Carrots
• 2 Onions
• 2 Celery
• 2 Tbsps. Garlic
• 2 Tbsps. Butter
• 2 Tbsps. AP Flour
• 1 ½ qts Chicken Stock
• ¼ C white wine
• 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
• 1-2 Bay leaves (1 large or 2 small)
• 4 -5 oz Bacon or pancetta
• 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
• 1 egg for egg wash (whipped in a bowl)
