Charred Tomato Ketchup | Club House

Ingredients

• 10 medium plum tomatoes halved
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) olive oil divided
• 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder divided
• 2 small yellow onions peeled and quartered
• 1 cup (250 ml) chopped celery
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) light brown sugar firmly packed
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) tomato puree
• 1 1/2 tsps (7 ml) salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) allspice ground
• 1 tsp (5 ml) paprika smoked
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Club House Thyme Leaves
