• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 onion,quartered
• 8 plum tomatoes, halved
• 4 cups vegetable stock
• 1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
• 1/2 cup milk kefir
