- 3 cups water
- 18 rooibos teabags
- 180g coconut cream powder
- 1kg cooked pumpkin, juiced
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- Basil poached peach:
- 8 peaches washed and halved and de-pipped
- 250g fresh basil
- 1-1 1/2 litres water
