• 8 Ounces cream cheese at room temperature
• 2 Ounces Monterey Jack cheese, finely grated
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 3 Pieces sliced bacon, cooked, crumbled or diced
• 2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
• 1 Tablespoon lime juice
• 1/2 Cup cilantro leaves, chopped
• 2 Teaspoons Cajun seasoning
• 1 Tablespoon hot sauce, or more to taste
• 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• As Needed Cajun seasoning
