Ingredients

• Tabasco sauce
• 300g cooked turkey diced
• 200g sliced chestnut mushrooms and fried in a little butter
• until smooth white sauce or butter or flour or hot chicken stock
• 1 yolk egg lightly beaten
• 1 tbsp dry sherry
• 3 tbsp single cream
• 200g spaghetti cooked following the packet instructions
• grated to make 4 tbsp parmesan
