  • 8 tsp Gewürzhaus Mama’s Meatball Blend 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil or lard for frying
  • 1.1 kg potatoes peeled and diced
  • 100g butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, season to taste
  • 250g semi-dried tomatoes, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp Gewürzhaus Mama’s Meatball Blend
  • ½–1 cup water
