• handful raw French beans, sliced in very thin circles, approx 1/3 cup
• 1/2 of red, yellow and orange peppers, small dice
• 2 tbs minced fresh parsley
• 4 tbs Italian dressing (Ken’s zesty italian)
• 2 tbs Hellman’s light mayonnaise
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 1-2 scallions, sliced in thin circles (optional)
