Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs (680 g) peaches, 1/2" sliced (about 4 large peaches)
• 1-1 1/2 tbsp (15-22.5 ml) cornstartch
• 1 package puff pastry dough, defrosted
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cream cheese
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
• 3 1/2 tbsp (52.5 ml) granulated sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp (5 ml) heavy cream
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) sliced almonds
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) icing sugar for garnish
