  • 1 serrano chile, seeded, finely minced (or jalapeño)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 6 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or kosher)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or diced tomato)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado, cubed, optional
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
