Codfish Frittata - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 1/2 Riberalves cod loin
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
• q.s. oregano (or other herb to taste)
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/2 onion
• 1 chopped tomato
• 1 cup of peas
• 1 tablespoon chopped red pepper
