Codfish Filhós - Riberalves

• 800 g deep-frozen soaked cod fillets Traditional Riberalves
• 100 g of flour
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 egg
• 1 dl of milk
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 sprig of chopped parsley
• Salt q.b.
• Frying oil
