• 2 tbsp Arla® LactoFREE Slightly Salted Spreadable 250g & rapeseed oil
• 1 tsp flake salt
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp butter & rapeseed oil
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• 400 g crushed tomatoes
• 1 tsp sugar
• salt and black pepper
• 200 ml thick yoghurt
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
• fresh parsley for garnishing
