• 1 1/2 pound cooked catfish, flaked
• 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup shredded carrot
• 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles, drained
• 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons grated onion
• Chopped parsley
• Assorted crisp vegetables, crackers or chips
