Goan-Style Lobster with Chips

Ingredients

• 50 ml Tamarind Pulp
• 150 g Coconut, Desiccated
• 300 ml Coconut Milk
• 4 piece Bird's-Eye Red Chillies, Dried
• 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
• 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
• 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
• 1 clove Cloves, Whole
• 0.25 tsp Garlic, Finely grated
• 2 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
• 1 tsp Coriander Leaves, Finely chopped
• Sea Salt, To taste
• 30 ml Vegetable Oil
• 4 piece Lobsters, Live
• 2 piece Onions, Sliced
• 1 piece Green Chilli, Finely chopped
• 5 cm Ginger, Finely grated
• 4 piece Potatoes, Peeled and cut into 1cm thick chips
