Blueberry Scones from the Farm - Clover

Ingredients

• 4 1/2 cups + Flour
• 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
• 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
• 1 cup (2 sticks) Clover Sonoma Organic Butter cold, cut into small pieces
• 2 1/4 cups Clover Sonoma Heavy Cream
• 2 cups Blueberries (or any other berry!) frozen
• 1 yolk Clover Sonoma Egg
