Apple Ricotta Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 cups of peeled and chopped apples and 2 medium apples.
• Zest of 1 lemon
• For the topping:
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, for dusting.
• Cinnamon.
