Ingredients

• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 300 g halloumi cheese
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 1.5 tbsp mustard
• 400 g chopped tomatoes
• 100 ml water
• 100 ml crème fraiche
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2.5 ml chipotle pepper
• 2.5 ml Santa Maria Rock Salt
• 5 ml Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
