Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 cup rice
• 1 egg
• 1-1/2 medium onion
• 1/2 whole green pepper
• 1 tomato
• 2 medium potatoes
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 small carrot
• 1-1,5 tsp salt
• 1/2-1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 1/2-1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 cup oil
• 6 to 8 cups of pre-boiled water
