a tasty chickpea and sweet potato curry from @tamaraeats

Ingredients

• 2 onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp vegetable bouillon
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp onion powder (if not using fresh onions)
• 1 tsp garlic powder (if not using fresh garlic)
• 2 tins tinned tomatoes
• 4 large sweet potatoes
• 1/4 block of coconut cream
