Chili Mac and Cheese – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
• 1 large white onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 (15-oz.) can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes
• 1 (15-oz.) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeño Lime balsamic
• 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 12 oz. pasta, such as orecchiette or shells
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• freshly chopped green onion, for garnish
