• 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
• 1 Cup Fancy Shredded Coconut
• 1 Frozen Pie Shell, pre-baked
• 1/4 Cup Toasted Unsweetened Coconut Chips , divided
• Whipped Cream, for topping
