Chicken Sausage Stew - Peppercorn

Ingredients

• 450g Peppercorn Extra Lean Chicken Sausages
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 1 red capsicum, chopped
• 1 green capsicum, chopped
• 2 cups of button mushrooms, halved
• 800g can tomatoes
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• ½ tsp paprika
• 1 head of broccoli, steamed to serve
