Lemon Ricotta Avocado Oil Pasta – Yo Mama's Foods

Ingredients

• Boil spinach fettucine in salted water until al dente
• In a medium pan, add in Yo Mama’s olive oil, garlic cloves and salt. Cook until fragrant
• Add in spinach and green peas and sauté for 2 minutes
• Add in juice from ½ lemon and ricotta cheese and mix thoroughly
• Toss in the fettucine and evenly coat in the ricotta and oil mixture
• Garnish with black pepper
• Enjoy!
