Chicken Akni recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 3 teaspoon chilli powder
• 3 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
• 2 liquidised tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• Allow mixture 2 cook few minutes
• Add in 1 kg chicken pieces
• Add in fried potatoes
• 3 cups washed basmati rice
