Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) salted butter
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) 35% cream
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) corn syrup
• 2 oz (55 g) dark chocolate, chopped
• 6 large sweet waffle cones
• 6 cups (1.5 litres) vanilla ice cream
• 6 tablespoons (90 ml) unsalted peanuts, toasted and crushed
• 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
