- Medium sized potatoes chopped 3 medium sized
- Chopped onions 1 big sized
- Cauliflower florets 6-7 nos.
- 1/2 kg tomatoes chopped 1 medium sized
- Mustard oil 3tsp
- jeera/ Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida(Hing) 1/4 tsp
- One bay leaf 1 nos.
- Grated green chillies 1 nos.slit
- Dried Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp
- Left over Aalu masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt according taste as taste
- Fresh chopped coriander 2 tsp
- Water to Knead dough Dalda salt Little as required
