• 8-10 Pork Sausages
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 700g Jar Passatta
• 4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
• 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 Tsp Italian Herbs
• ½ - 1 Cup liquid Beef Stock
• 1 Brown Onion, finely chopped
• 2 Carrots, chopped into circles
• 1 small Sweet potato, cut into cubes
• 3 Small Potatoes, cut into cubes
• 2 Cans Butter Beans, drained and rinsed
• Handful Spinach Leaves, to serve
• Salt and Pepper to Season
