Ingredients

• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 6 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1x 432 g tin of pineapple chunks (272 g drained weight)
• 2 tbsp dried apricots, chopped
• 2 tbsp raisins
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
