• 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
• 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
• 1 tablespoon Mild Chili Powder
• 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
• 1 & 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
• 1 teaspoon Onion Salt
• 1 teaspoon White Sugar
• 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
• 1/2 head Napa Cabbage shredded
• 1/2 head Red Cabbage shredded
• 2 large Carrots grated
• 1 small Jalapeño sliced
• 1 Lemon juiced
• 1 bunch Scallions sliced thin on the bias
• 1/2 bunch Cilantro
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
