• 1 packet Sadia Beef Tail
• 1 carrot
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2-3 slices ginger
• 2-3 pieces of bay leaf
• 2-3 sticks of cinnamon
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Pinch of black pepper
• 1 tbsp oil
