Shakshuka is a traditional Middle Eastern meal consisting of eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce. Spices are a must in traditional recipes to bring out the flavour.

- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ Fresh chilli, sliced, to taste
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 TSP Tomato paste
- 2 TSP of Bāqa by Camelēr Spice Co
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
- 6 Eggs
