• ¼ cup (60 mL) strong brewed black tea, chilled
• 2 ½ Tbsp (22 mL) lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) simple syrup *Optional substitution: honey or agave syrup
• ¼ cup (50 mL) pasteurized liquid egg whites (2 egg whites)
