Red, White and Blueberry Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1½ cups all purpose flour
• 1½ cups cake flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 sticks unsalted butter (1 cup)
• 1¾ cup sugar
• 4 eggs at room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1½ cups milk ( I used 2 %)
• 1 pint of blueberries
• 1 pint of raspberries
• 4 oz. Mini Scottie Shortbread Cookies (crushed)
