• 50 g brandy cheese
• 50 g cream cheese
• 100 g extra-aged hard cheese
• 1 tbsp paprika powder
• 100 g Havarti-style cheese
• 100 g cream cheese-style cheese
• 1 fresh red chilli
• tabasco sauce (to taste)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp water or white wine
