pFriem Squash Pie • Baking Brew

Ingredients

• 1 butternut squash
• 1/2 cup of heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
• 2 teapsoons of ground cinnamon
• Pinch of allspice
• 1 teapsoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
• 1 large egg
• 2-3 oz of pFriem Pumpkin Bier
• Pie shell (or make your own!)
