Ingredients

• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 onion, finely minced
• 1 1/2 cups Alessi Arborio Rice Add Alessi Arborio Rice to cart
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 3/4 pounds fresh asparagus, base discarded and cut into 1" pieces
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
