Codfish Tartare - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 250g deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped chives
• 2 tablespoons chopped canned capers
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil + 1 cup of olive oil
• Juice of a large lemon
• Salt and pepper
• 8 slices of bread
• 1 teaspoon «crème fraîche»
