Stuffed sweet pepper — Svitlana Klymovska
If you’re expecting a visit, bake big sweet peppers, as on my picture. You can serve them as main dish, placing each guest a beautiful pepper on a plate.
Ingredients
- 40 min to cook
- 1 hour to bake
- 4 sweet peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of whole canned tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp Provencal herbs
- 250 gr minced meat
- 150 gr couscous
