Ingredients

• 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry, defrosted
• 1 jar Hernan Mole Poblano
• 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 2 1/2 cups leftover turkey, diced
• 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
• 1 egg
• ½ cup water
