- 5 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons milk (any kind)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons cold butter
- A pinch of gray sea salt
