• 5 eggs (medium size)
• 1 onion
• 2c flour (all-purpose)
• 3 tomatoes (ripe)
• 1c olive oil
• 1T sugar
• 1/2t saffron (threads)
• 1/2t oregano (dried)
• 1/2t parsley (dried)
• 1/4t ground black pepper
• 1/2t salt
