• 1 3/4 cups Crystal Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 6 eggs, room temperature
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon almond extract or vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour*, sifted
